Four weeks of progressive workouts with how-to videos, perfectly tailored to you. Our month starts with an introductory call to discuss goals for your completely custom fitness program. With one-to-six new workouts each week, you build momentum along the way increasing time, intensity, and resistance. At the end of each week, we circle back for a quick chat on what’s working, questions, and planning for the next series of workouts. Training can include yoga, resistance, cardio, Mat Pilates, and a combination.
