No two clients are the same, so no two programs should be the same. Before I design your plan, I take the time to understand how you move, what challenges you're facing, what you've tried in the past, and what you want to accomplish. Your program is built specifically for your body, your goals, your lifestyle, and the time you have available.
Mighty Fit Core includes custom workouts, easy-to-follow exercise videos, coaching support, accountability, and progress tracking to help you stay on course and continue moving forward.
You don't have to figure it out alone. Together we'll build the strength, confidence, and habits that help you continue doing the things you love.
How Mighty Fit Core works?
Progressive workouts, perfectly tailored to you, described, defined and with accompanying how-to videos.
Step 1: Assessment
I begin by getting to know you. We'll discuss your goals, health history, exercise experience, available equipment, schedule, and any concerns you may have. We'll also meet on Zoom so I can observe how you move, assess posture and mobility, and better understand where you are starting.
Step 2: Your Personalized Plan
Using everything I learned during the assessment, I create a program specifically for you. Your workouts are delivered through the Mighty Fit app and include clear instructions and demonstration videos. As your strength, mobility, and confidence improve, your program evolves with you.
Step 3: Coaching and Accountability
Building strength takes consistency. Each week, you'll check in with me to share successes, challenges, and questions. Your feedback helps me adjust your program, provide support, and keep you moving forward.
Step 4: Track Your Progress
The Mighty Fit app makes it easy to follow your workouts and record your progress. My favorite part is that every time you log a workout, my phone dings and I get to see what you've accomplished. Together we'll use meaningful measures of strength, mobility, balance, and fitness to track improvements and celebrate wins along the way.
