What It's Like to Work With Me
Mighty Fit coaching is a partnership.
We start by getting to know you. I want to understand what you can do today, what you find challenging, what you've tried before, and what you want to accomplish.
Maybe you want to get up from the floor more easily. Build strength to support your bones. Feel more confident hiking. Or finally establish a strength training habit that sticks.
Together, we'll identify your starting point and build from there.
I'll design your workouts, with videos and instructions available in my coaching app. You'll know what to do, how to do it, and when to do it.
We'll meet each week privately to review your progress, work on your movement, and make adjustments.
And when you complete a workout, I'll know. My app tells me. That means I can celebrate your progress, notice when you're struggling, and help you keep moving forward.
You won't be figuring this out alone.
What My Clients Say
“I hate and avoid working out on my own but look forward to my sessions with her. She varies the exercises in each session, so I never get bored, and afterward, I feel a sense of accomplishment.”
— Anne, Personal Training Client
Your First Three Months
I start new clients with three months of coaching.
Why three months? Because building strength takes time. So does learning how to train effectively and creating habits that fit your life.
During those three months, you'll receive:
A personalized strength training program designed around your goals, abilities, and schedule.
Exercise videos and instructions through my coaching app.
Weekly private coaching sessions with me.
Progress tracking so we can see what you're accomplishing.
Ongoing communication, adjustments, and accountability.
Your first three months of Mighty Fit coaching are $1,500.
After those three months, we'll review your progress together. Some clients are ready to continue independently. Others choose ongoing coaching because they value the guidance, accountability, and continued progression.
Both are success stories.
What My Clients Say
“She gives me homework with short and clear custom videos to follow up on the weekly session that we do together. I look forward to seeing Andrea which is always uplifting because she is so cheerful, has a great laugh, and is such a skilled professional coach at the same time.”
— Lynn, Personal Training Client
What Makes This Different?
You can find thousands of exercises online. Some of them are excellent.
But a collection of exercises isn't the same as a strength training program.
A program has a starting point, a purpose, and a plan for progressing as you get stronger.
And a coach pays attention.
I work with women who have different histories, abilities, schedules, and challenges. I don't expect everyone to move the same way or make progress at the same pace.
My job is to help you find a way to build strength that works for you.
Let's Talk
I'm Andrea Lepcio, an ACE-certified personal trainer, Yoga Medicine Registered Therapeutic Specialist, and certified Mat Pilates and Tai Chi instructor.
I believe strength creates choices. The stronger and more capable you are, the more possibilities you have for living the life you want.
If you're considering coaching, I'd like to hear what you want to accomplish.
You can schedule a free Strength Start Call with me. We'll talk about your goals, your starting point, and whether working together makes sense.
You'll speak with me directly.
Strength Creates Choices
A personal note from Andrea, founder of Mighty Fit
If you're here, I'm guessing you want to get stronger.
Maybe you're already active. You walk, hike, practice yoga, or go to the gym. But staying active isn't the same as staying strong. You may want to build strength to support your bones if you've been diagnosed with osteoporosis, feel more confident on a challenging hike, or simply maintain your independence as you get older.
Or maybe you've tried strength training, started and stopped a few times, and haven't figured out how to make it a consistent part of your life.
I've spent nine years coaching people through these challenges, particularly women over 40. And one thing I've learned is that most people don't need more exercises. They need a plan that makes sense for their body, their goals, and their lives.
That's what I do.
I look forward to meeting you.
Andrea
